Kedgy is an advocate for women’s health and has been for over 28 years.
She helped open the doors of Fitness Lady in 1991 and became the owner in
1997, daily addressing women’s health issues in everything she does. She is
recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Health
Fitness Specialist as well as the Cooper Institute for Aerobics. With many
certifications in other areas, as well as a Personal Trainer, her passion is
to see the goals of her clients come to pass with education, motivation and
fun. |

Brianna graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2007
with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. She is recognized by the
American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Health and Fitness
Specialist. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she held a position as
an Assistant Lecturer at Centenary College. As a Personal Trainer, she has
worked with a wide variety of clientele. Look for additional health

Sports and fitness have played a big role in Janet’s life.
She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for fitness with others and helping them
find their inner athlete. She uses Pilates concepts in workouts to emphasis
core strength and balance.

Personal Training, Yoga Fit, The Method TM and Pilates Certification. |
